I might be going a bit overboard with the photo collages, but they're just so much fun! These are the books that have been in heavy rotation at our house this month.
Bella loves Chicka Chicka Boom Boom. There is a Scholastic DVD with it and some other books she loves - we found it at the library. She also loves anything scary - she told me tonight she wanted to read Dracula!
Well Both of my kids are really into the Twilight series books, as I am..Being a parent of 2 Middle School kids their tastes vary,Chrislyn loves to read any thing about ghosts and that sort of thing.Christopher likes to read the Goosebump series and also I forgot to mention I gave Chrislyn my old Babysitter Club and Sweet Valley books and she loves them,, How neat is that?
So I'm way late on commenting (there's some sweet grammar for ya), but Chase just entered a serious book phase so here's our current five most read: Chase: 1. Hello, Day! by Anita Lobel is his all time fav. We don't own it (probably a good thing) , but I check it out from the library every other week or so. The illustrations are great. 2. Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What Do You See? by Bill Martin Jr. and Eric Carle. Classic. 3. Peedie by Olivier Dunrea. I have a soft spot for this one. That little gosling is just so darn cute. 4. That's Not My Pirate by Fiona Watt and Rachel Wells. 5. I Love you Through and Through by Bernadette Rosetti Shustak and Caroline Jay Church.
Dylan: 1. The Captain Underpants series. I love when they rearrange the letters on the school signs. Lol, we have had to have a few talks about the books being fiction and not real life appropriate school behavior. 2. Do Not Build a Frankenstein! by Neil Numberman 3. Teammates by Tiki and Ronde Barber 4. Where the Wild Things Are by Maurice Sendak. Another classic. 5. Nubs: The True Story of a Mutt, a Marine & a Miracle by Brian Dennis, Mary Nethery, and Kirby Larson.
For Christmas I gave the boys a copy of Llama Llama, and some matching pajamas. I love the rhyming, but the llama gets on my nerves sometimes. Lol, too whiney.

Awww..Grady loves the "How do Dinosaurs" books!
They're good stuff! I think we are going to have to get some of the others soon.
Grumpy Frumpy Happy Snappy is a fav. Llama llama red pajama and Dimity Duck are read a lot here.
We like Llama Llama Red Pajama too. I'm going to have to add that to the rotation ASAP.

Dracula, too funny!
I'll have to look for that DVD.
We are still hooked on Dinosaur Vs. Bedtime.
