tuesday's ten: for the love of etsy!

To encourage myself to post more regularly (and because it's fun), I'm going to do a list of ten of something every Tuesday.  First up is some Etsy love.  Who doesn't love Etsy?  Plus, it's such a great time of year to consider handmade and/or local as you purchase holiday gifts.

1. Ziggy would totally rock by laura design's beard hat.

2. Seriously, have you seen anything cuter than this owl hat by myknittingworld?!?

I really want to get #1 and #2 for the cutest brother-and-sister winter pictue. Ever.

3. Beth does really cool things with old pattern paper and other mixed media.  Keep checking her shop for new listings!

4. Ever since I saw Scott Pilgrm Vs. The World, I've wanted a pair of gloves along the lines of these.  Ideally, I want mine to have individual finger openings.  Maybe I'll do a custom order with Laima Shop.

Grey Fingerless Gloves Wrist Warmers, Cabled, Extra Long and Soft, Grey

5. Wool acorns by Green Baboon Designs.  Nuf said.

6. Not only is April of goose designs one of the most impressive Montessorians I know, her goods are so precious.  I want everything for Goldie.

Newborn Gift Set, The Motherload (7 toys: teethers, grasping toys, mobiles)

7. Seriously, O. M. G.  (by small threads)

Small Skivvies - Skully Pair - size 4T/5T

8. peacock glasses ! (by Mary Elizabeth Arts)

9. I've ordered Valentine's Day cards and custom Halloween cards from Lily Jane Stationery and both were big hits!

10. I've posted about Magillie before, but I can't help it.  I really like the jewlery and it doesn't hurt that the jeweler is a fellow Vixen and Chung Mung.  (Those sound like some crazy code words!  Basically, she's a friend from college.)  These are just three of the many, many things I adore from the shop.

Rainbow Hoop Dangle Earrings, The SweatpantressLondon Calling
Mama's Pearl, freshwater pearl cluster in spring pastel colors

next week's tuesday's ten: education resources!
